Ordering

Request for catering service please allow at least 48 hours notice when placing orders. We are very happy to accommodate short notice whenever possible. However, we ask that all orders to be placed by 1:00 PM on the day before your delivery.

Special Events & Weddings

Please call your event coordinator for a custom made menu and we will assist you with all your party needs, including floral arrangement, decoration, rentals, linens and personnel.

Delivery & Setup

Fresh field catering will deliver to the entire Washington, Metropolitan Area including Maryland and Virginia. All orders subject to a $10.00 delivery fee. Please consult event coordinator for special set-up needs and additional pricing that may apply.

Equipment

All corporate drop off orders will be presented on disposable serving trays. We like to encourage our clients to help the Fresh Field green initiative program by requesting china, silverware, table cloth and glasses for a small additional fee.

Warm Menu Items & Chafing Dishes

All items will be delivered warm to room temperature. Any items selected from hot menu will require heating. For an additional charge, chafing dishes can be ordered.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation notice should received no later than 9:00 am the day before your event. Orders canceled after this time will result in a 100% charge to the client.

Billing & Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. All events must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
